SUMMA PETO (USA) is a most progressive 3-y-o, making a mockery of his opening mark here to tear away from some other unexposed types, ittedly well positioned but quickly asserting and very stong at the line; close up, travelled well, led approaching 2f out, quickened over 1f out, stormed clear; open to further improvement, he'll merit respect next time, even if pitching up in a top 3-y-o handicap such as the Brittania at Royal Ascot.

GREAT KING (FR) well backed, ran well and is deserving of extra credit, the race not seeming to get to the bottom of him, not that he'd have beaten the winner anyway; held up, headway under pressure home turn, not clear run approaching final 1f, took second near finish; he will stay beyond 1m and remains with potential.

FINAL VOYAGE (IRE) more exposed than the rest, ran well but is summed up by his handicap mark; tracked pace, took keen hold, ridden over 2f out, one paced.

SILENT FILM making handicap debut, failed to improve and needs to from a stiff-looking opening mark; raced wide, tracked pace, outpaced 3f out, plugged on; by New Approach, he is likely to stay 1¼m.

TASFEEQ didn't get home over the slightly longer trip after not settling in front; led, took strong hold, headed over 2f out, no extra.

SABOUSI (IRE) making handicap debut and easy to back, wasn't seen to best effect; slowly into stride, outpaced 2f out, kept on, unsuited by the way the race developed.

ILZA'EEM (FR) looked open to plenty of improvement but proved to be a disappointment on handicap debut; tracked pace, took strong hold, folded over 1f out.
