Followed up bumper success with back-to-back hurdles wins but disappointed when turned over at odds-on latest (Ludlow, 15.8f), hung left and carried head awkwardly. Return to left-handed track and step up in trip may help and this point winner is respected on chase debut for top connections.

Followed up bumper success with maiden hurdle win at Worcester over a longer trip (23f). Best run to date on second outing in handicap company when runner-up at Perth (20f) last month in first-time tongue tie, beaten by a progressive one. Open to further improvement now chasing.

Well-backed when resuming winning ways in a thin Pontefract (2¼m, good) handicap last month. Confirmed his return to form with a solid third off this 8 lb higher mark in a stronger race at Ripon towards the end of April and another bold show is anticipated.

Five-time winner in 2024, the latest gained with a visor applied at Thirsk (1¾m, good to firm) last August. Not in the same form since but has now dipped below last winning mark and visor (omitted on return last month) now returns, so a case can be made.

Dual AW winner in 2023 and in good form during early part of last year, including when placed twice off higher marks than this in deep-ground Thirsk handicaps at up to 1¾m. However, she was never in the hunt on debut for this yard when last seen 11 months ago, so her wellbeing needs taking on trust.

Won twice on AW in October last year but it's been a struggle since and he's 0-8 on turf.

Out of sorts over hurdles and in a couple of appearances on the AW last year. Fared no better returned to turf in this sphere when down the field in the Ascot handicap won by Toby Tops. Readily ed over.

Healthy strike rate on the AW, winning 7 of his 23 starts on artificial surfaces, but he hasn't shown much in a handful of appearances on turf so far.

Successful 3 times over hurdles but his overall record is far from compelling and he has failed to threaten in 4 runs on the Flat to date.

Three wins from 10 runs this year. 7/2, career best when winning 8-runner handicap at Bath (11.6f, good to firm) 8 days ago, finding extra. Carries penalty but a bold hat-trick bid beckons.

Yet to win a race and just a respectable 6 lengths fourth of 10 to Two Plus Two in handicap at Salisbury (14.2f, firm) 18 days ago. Can remain competitive.

C&D winner who shaped as though better for the run when seventh of 8 in handicap (14/1) at Windsor (11.4f, good to firm) 24 days ago. Back up in trip. Has to be taken seriously eased in class.

Remains a maiden after 18 Flat runs. 6½ lengths fifth of 8 to Smokey Malone in handicap (9/1) at Chelmsford City (14f) 28 days ago.

C&D winner. 22/1, fifth of 8 in handicap at Southwell (16.5f), left poorly placed. Off 6 months and lurks on a potentially good mark bur he may just need this.

Limited impact in a trio of Flat starts but made second hurdles outing a winning one at Worcester in August. Reportedly broke blood vessel when pulled up switched to a handicap a month later and off since. Up in trip back on the level.
