confirmed promise of last run to resume winning ways eased in grade, finding plenty against the rail as befits one that will be at least as well suited by 7f; led until 1f out, driven final 1f, stayed on to lead again near line; will remain of interest.

well backed, shaped a fair bit better than the bare result again, but seems to need a stiffer test of stamina than this provided; held up, outpaced 3f out, switched 2f out, headway out wide over 1f out, challenged final 1f, edged right, no extra late on, not ideally placed; he'll be suited by a return to 7f and there are handicaps to be won with him.

Strong form for the grade, and though it was well-run, it was dominated by a pair on the front end, the never-nearer third not seen to best effect after suffering a wide trip but also looking a little short of pace under these conditions.

PALMAR BAY (FR) confirmed promise of last run to resume winning ways eased in grade, finding plenty against the rail as befits one that will be at least as well suited by 7f; led until 1f out, driven final 1f, stayed on to lead again near line; will remain of interest.

AMAZONIAN DREAM (IRE) ran another cracker around here to split a couple of well-treated 3-y-os; prominent, led 1f out, headed well inside final 1f.

ELMONJED (IRE) well backed, shaped a fair bit better than the bare result again, but seems to need a stiffer test of stamina than this provided; held up, outpaced 3f out, switched 2f out, headway out wide over 1f out, challenged final 1f, edged right, no extra late on, not ideally placed; he'll be suited by a return to 7f and there are handicaps to be won with him.

ROSA APPLAUSE (IRE) ran respectably making turf debut in first-time tongue strap, not picking up quickly enough to trouble the leaders; mid-field, pushed along 2f out, headway final 1f, kept on.

BALDOMERO (IRE) back up in trip, ran better than last time but will remain vulnerable to less-exposed rivals; in touch, pushed along 2f out, held when short of room briefly final 1f.

WINTER CROWN again ran below form; in touch, ridden 2f out, weakened final 1f.

LUCKY MAN (IRE) never really threatened despite an easing mark; in rear, outpaced 2f out, plugged on.

LEQUINTO (IRE) possibly still needed this run; raced wide, in touch, raced freely, headway halfway, weakened 1f out.
