A weak race for the grade, a 0-90 in name only, and in event only the first 2 gave their running, an upwardly mobile 3-y-o outbattling the irresolute runner-up.

BELLA VITA completed the hat-trick, improving again, and this is unlikely to prove her limit, particularly with a view to stepping up to 1½m; close up, led over 1f out, kept going well; this wasn't a strong race, but she remains one to be positive about.

MADELEINE BOND ran respectably without convincing over the longer trip; led, headed over 1f out, no extra.

PEMPIE (IRE) is better judged on previous form, seeming unsuited by conditions; in touch, travelled better than most, close up over 2f out, found less than looked likely and not persevered with once held; she'd been going the right way prior to this and is well worth another chance back on firmer ground.

SHE BELIEVES (IRE) was below form, failing to justify decent market ; in touch, not settle fully, weakened under 2f out.

ESCAPE THE CITY went backwards from reappearance, conditions perhaps an issue, but she's not really one for too many excuses; dwelt, raced off the pace, headway over 4f out, weakened under 2f out, not persevered with once held.
